Responsibilities: • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Explain the requirements for potential tenants • Review the rental application process with potential tenants • Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success • Familiar with leasing regulations • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems • Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission
