Responsibilities: • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around • Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts Qualifications: • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • A proven record of sales experience and success • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
