Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: What It Takes to Succeed • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • An established track record of successful real estate sales Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000
