Responsibilities: • Lead the process, including identifying and evaluating potential properties, negotiating deals, and getting contracts signed. • Manage and prioritize leads, ensuring that opportunities are pursued in a timely and effective manner. • Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities, including market research, property inspections, and risk assessments. • Schedule and attend appointments with potential sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders. • Network with industry professionals and organizations to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities. • Gather testimonials from past clients and partners to build credibility • Responsible for self-generating leads through outreach, networking, and prospecting methods. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in real estate, car sales, pharmaceutical sales or other related fields. • Strong financial analysis and due diligence skills. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
