Responsibilities: • Attend phone appointments with property owners, build trust, and close the deal • Keep track of your goals and daily metrics • Attend daily training and continuously sharpen your skills • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Follow-up with leads to increase sales Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Compensation: $96,000 - $115,000 yearly
