Responsibilities: • Establish and cultivate strong connections with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. • Utilize expert knowledge of the market, exceptional negotiation skills, and top-notch customer service to achieve positive outcomes for clients. • Grow a network of contacts through consistent prospecting and marketing efforts to attract new customers. • Participate in team-oriented activities such as group training sessions or seminars to enhance industry knowledge. • Communicate effectively and concisely with prospects and existing clients to establish reliable relationships. • Follow up diligently on opportunities to increase sales and promote business growth. • Develop contacts, build a client base, and consistently prospect for new customers to create opportunities. • Take responsibility for daily prospecting efforts to excel in the real estate industry. • Pursue continuous improvement of skills and knowledge through research, reading materials, and attending workshops or conferences. • Maintain a disciplined approach to daily routines to efficiently achieve set goals.
