Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to homeowners, realtors, and leads from our marketing efforts. • Engage in high-volume conversations to qualify motivated sellers and identify properties that fit our investment criteria. • Negotiate deals and present cash offers to sellers. • Follow up persistently with leads to build rapport and close deals. • Work closely with our team to ensure smooth transactions from contract to closing. Qualifications: • Sales experience preferred (real estate, telemarketing, cold calling, or door-to-door sales is a plus). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be confident and persuasive on the phone. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills – the ability to build rapport and close deals. • Self-motivated and highly disciplined – this role requires persistence and follow-through. • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections – real estate sales is a numbers game. • Basic understanding of real estate investing or willingness to learn quickly. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required ; a college degree is a plus but not necessary. • No real estate license is required , a background in real estate is beneficial but not required. • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.). Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
