Responsibilities: Sales and Client Management: • Assist with showings, and open houses, help convert leads into clients • Follow up with potential buyers and sellers to nurture relationships and drive sales • Track client interactions and transactions via our CRM to ensure timely and accurate service • Prefer 1-2 years of real estate sales experience, preferably with a track record of successful transactions Administrative Support: • Assist with scheduling and coordination of property showings, inspections, and client meetings • Prepare and review documents related to transactions, including listing agreements, Comparable Market Analysis (CMAs), and contracts • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including maintaining client databases and handling correspondence • Familiarity with real estate software such as MLS, CRM systems, social media platforms, and basic office applications • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Communication: • Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients and team members • Provide timely updates on the status of leads, transactions, and other relevant activities • Ensure clarity and accuracy in all written and verbal communications • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism Marketing and Business Development: • Demonstrate a proactive approach to generating new business and expanding the client base through various mediums and media • Show an interest and stay informed about industry trends and changes • Marketing automation experience is a plus! • An interest in AI real estate marketing is a plus! • Creative marketing - if you love creativity and marketing, this opportunity provides space for your creativity Ability to Collaborate: • Work closely with the team, including top producers, to support their efforts and contribute to collective goals • Assist Team Leader and other team members with tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and achieving team objectives • Willingness to take on various roles and responsibilities, including both sales and administrative tasks • Ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence, while also collaborating effectively with the team Qualifications: • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Weekend and evening availability • Real estate license preferred • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • **Must live locally in Central Florida Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
