Real Estate Agent and Assistant with salary Are you looking for a way to start a Real Estate career but also have a steady income? We’re looking for a licensed agent to help our team with home showings, open houses, attending home inspections, running errands, and other tasks while learning best practices from experienced agents. This is an employee position but you would still be allowed to help your own clients buy and sell. Responsibilities: Showings • Be available nights and weekends to show for agents on our team • Be available to show for agents on our team that are out of town Broker Opens • Coordinate food and promoting of Broker Opens for agents on our team • Setup, attend and cleanup Broker Opens for agents on our team Open Houses • Be available to hold open houses for agents on our team Errands • Let inspectors and appraisers in homes as needed for our agents • Pickup and deliver signs, lockboxes, listing supplies to homes • Deliver riders and seller bags to listings • Pickup and prepare buyer boxes • Any other odd end tasks that assist Kelly and Andrea Opportunity to earn more with real estate sales. No benefits provided. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Exceptional people skills • Willingness to learn the Real Estate business • Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends • Team Player Compensation: $36,000 - $45,000 yearly
