Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for finding the perfect home • Schedule and lead property showings, offering valuable insights and guidance on each property during tours • Stay updated on market trends, inventory, and pricing to effectively educate and advise clients • Skillfully negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring that all details align with the buyer's best interests • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with potential buyers to nurture relationships • Collaborate with the team at Bustos & Reardon Real Estate to leverage resources, support, and training for enhanced client service and successful closings Qualifications: • A people person • Active Utah Real Estate License in good standing Compensation: $100,000 - $185,000 at plan yearly
