    Are you a self-starter with the desire to make a better income? Do you love helping others and thrive on making their home vision a reality? We are looking for Real Estate Agents who are interested in working our lead system. Brand new or experienced agents are welcome. We are looking to add 10 agents as soon as possible to help work our buyer and seller leads! We provide a full CRM with buyer and seller leads to call, along with providing Inside Sales Agents appointments already set up and handed to you daily! Responsibilities: • Consistent Lead Follow-up to grow sales pipeline • Call and nurture all leads provided to you • Meet with buyers daily • Attend weekly coaching and training sessions • Prepared and on time for the buyer and seller consultations provided to you • Work with clients from the first meeting all the way to closing • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline • Hold open houses weekly to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Coordinate efforts to negotiate the property sale between the buyer and the seller to achieve the desired results • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Great communication and social skills • Self-motivation and drive • Eager to learn • Good Attitude • Driver License • Desiree to earn money Compensation: $200,000
