Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Work with our investors to identify properties that need work • View the properties with our contractors and inspectors • Work with our Deal Analyzer to crunch the numbers and make sure they add up • Negotiate offers with Listing Agents • Submit offers • Work with our Transaction Coordinator during the escrow process • Work with our Lenders and Loan Processors in cases where there's a loan involved • Work with Listing Agents, Loan Officers, and Escrow Officers to ensure a smooth closing • Work with our Contractors during the rehab process to ensure attention to detail • Canvass the neighborhood before the rehab is completed to know the neighbors and introduce yourself. Visibility equals profitability.
