Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one). • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and online marketing tools. • Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
