Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle • Qualify leads to accurately assess their motivation, competition, and financial specifics • Daily follow-ups with clients and staff Qualifications: • Excellent skills in organization, time management, and follow-up • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts • You are dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken; you are passionate about helping people • Strong communication skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone, virtually, etc. • Experience using CRM systems for lead generation, pipeline management, and multiple forms of communication (via email, text, and calls) • Background in sales is a plus • Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining your real estate license Compensation: $85,000+ yearly
