Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients • Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Must be a resident of Santa Rosa, CA or nearby, with a valid real estate license • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Compensation: $120,000 at plan yearly
