Responsibilities: • Connect with clients daily and build lasting relationships. • Set and attend appointments with potential buyers and sellers. • Master follow-up and negotiation strategies to close deals. • Represent clients with professionalism and integrity. • Host Open Houses and assist clients throughout their home-buying journey. Qualifications: • A Florida Real Estate License (required). • A strong desire to serve clients and help them achieve their dreams. • A growth mindset – you’re coachable, self-disciplined, and eager to learn. • Tech-savviness with tools like CRMs, email, and text communication. • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and text). • A team-first mentality and a passion for collaboration. Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
