Responsibilities As a Real Estate Agent, you will: • Build relationships with clients and potential clients via email, text, social media, and in-person connections • Guide clients through one of their life major milestones in their lives by educating them, providing resources, and advocating for their best interests • Advise investor clients through the short-term rental investment process • Share expert knowledge of the current real estate market • Show properties to potential clients one-on-one and at open houses • Understand what is important to a client and assist them in meeting their housing goals • Educate clients on preparing their listed property for the market, determine pricing strategies, and negotiate the best terms for them based on their goals • Consult with buyer and seller clients to understand their wants, needs, and motivation in order to close the deal In our commitment to you, we will... • Deliver initial and ongoing learning and accountability to help you be the absolute best agent for the clients • Train you to exceed the needs of clients while still having an abundant life • Provide the technology necessary to keep up with the constant changes in the industry, including Contact Relationship Management software, website, and tracking tools • Assist you in defining your goals and develop strategies to achieve them • Deliver coaching with the most well-known names in the business • Share local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Provide world-class customer service to our clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust • Provide world-class customer service to ensure your prosperity and enjoyment in our brokerage • Cultivate the best lead generation for increased sales volume Responsibilities: • Flexible and reliable • Open to new adventures • Willing to support and encourage your teammates • Highly organized • Self-motivated and driven • Tech-savvy Qualifications: We want you to be successful! In order to achieve your goals, you must have: • A current Florida real estate license • An enjoyment in advocating for others • The desire to grow personally and professionally • Top-notch time management, communication, negotiation, and networking skills • A successful and proven sales history (preferably) Compensation: $50,000+ at plan yearly
