Responsibilities: • Develop the necessary expertise to provide exceptional service and valuable assistance to clients in Greenville, SC, US • Engage in daily outreach to company leads and personal contacts to seek new business opportunities • Cultivate relationships to establish a pipeline of future real estate transactions in the local market • Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate deals from initiation to closing • Continuously evaluate performance and key business metrics to drive success • Conduct consultations with potential buyers, deliver compelling listing presentations, showcase properties, and host open houses • Guide clients through every stage of the home buying or selling process with care and expertise • Manage all documentation required for legal property transactions to ensure a seamless experience for clients • Serve as a strong advocate for clients, representing their best interests in negotiations with other parties • Skillfully negotiate favorable terms that align with the client's objectives • Pursue ongoing learning opportunities to enhance the value provided to clients • Utilize established relationships with brokerage partners to benefit clients in the Greenville, SC real estate market Qualifications: • Must be available full-time and committed to working a minimum of 40 hours per week • Possession of a High School Diploma is required, although a College Degree is preferred • Must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License within 90 days of employment • Reliable transportation is essential for this role • Demonstrates a competitive mindset with a focus on achieving a high-income • Thrives in a structured work environment and is open to coaching and accountability • Excellent time management skills are necessary for success in this position • People-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced and dynamic industry • Capable of honest self-assessment and continuous improvement • Demonstrates a meticulous eye for detail in all aspects of work • Proficient in following scripts and dialogues effectively • Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies to enhance job performance Compensation: $200,000 at plan commission
