Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Great communication and social skills • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Tech savvy • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $48,000 - $200,000 yearly
