Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
