Responsibilities: • Participate in specialized training sessions and mentorship programs led by experienced professionals based in Charleston to excel in the role. • Proactively seek out new business opportunities using a real estate CRM system, while effectively managing and nurturing existing clients and leads. • Receive personalized guidance and support from a top-performing agent within the team to enhance real estate skills efficiently. • Utilize various lead opportunities provided to maximize success in the competitive real estate market. • Dedicate 40-50 hours per week to meet performance targets effectively, including time spent in the office to learn from others - the best way! • Provide consistent top-level, white-glove service to customers and clients throughout the transaction process, from nurturing relationships to closing deals. • Access continuous support and resources aimed at boosting productivity and efficiency in the position. • Enjoy the convenience of having appointments scheduled by a dedicated inside sales team to streamline workflow. • Flourish in a supportive and dynamic work environment that values commitment, positive energy, and teamwork. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000+
