Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Gather local community information to be able to answer any question from your client about potential homes • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by facilitating communication through multiple touches and nurturing the relationship while they move through the sales pipeline • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Have local knowledge of Collin County communities to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding area. Qualifications: • Technology driven • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Client-focused with a heart of service desiring to go above and beyond • Texas Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000 - $225,000 yearly
