Responsibilities: • Assist sellers in effectively marketing their properties, creating listings, and managing advertising campaigns. • Organize and conduct open houses, promote services, and manage property listings efficiently. • Provide expert advice on pricing properties and determining market value accurately. • Show potential buyers properties that align with their specific requirements and preferences. • Guide clients through the buying process, ensuring they understand legal requirements and current market conditions. • Conduct thorough research on local real estate markets to evaluate property values and negotiate sales on behalf of clients. • Cultivate positive relationships with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors to streamline transactions. • Regularly update and monitor property listings to ensure accuracy and relevance. Qualifications: • A college diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a college education degree. • Possession of a New York State real estate licensure or certification is mandatory. • Having professional membership with local or state real estate associations would be advantageous. • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate sales process, including knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations, is essential. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must-have for this role. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 DOE
