Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Maintain an active Real Estate license in good standing. • Assist buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate transactions, from consultations to closing. • Prepare and negotiate contracts, listing agreements, and research properties to match client needs. Qualifications: • Either have a current Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Brokers license or be willing to get one. Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 yearly
