Responsibilities: • Consult with customers to determine their real estate requirements, then source properties that match those needs • Serve as a negotiator between purchasers and prospective sellers • Guide buyers in selecting financing solutions that fit their needs by linking them to a preferred lender • Present offer(s) to sellers or seller's representatives • Participate in open houses, networking events, team building, and training sessions to improve sales skills • Network and market continually to generate new customers • Cold call and prospect on a daily basis • Enjoy teamwork but be able to work independently and display self-discipline • Have a commitment to personal and professional growth • Be devoted to following established processes and systems • Be available for clients and accommodate their schedules • Offer superior customer service to clients each day Qualifications: • An active Iowa Real Estate License is absolutely essential for this role • Adherence to our Mission Statement and Core Values is paramount • Proficient computer skills are required, including the use of MS Outlook, word processing, and spreadsheets • Professionalism and a polished appearance are essential • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are a must • Demonstrated capacity for multitasking and creative problem-solving are key attributes • An eye for detail is necessary • Self-discipline and motivation are required for success • Outstanding customer service is an absolute necessity • Strong listening skills and a readiness to follow up in a timely manner are critical • An individual with the ability to build relationships quickly and a love for meeting new people is desirable • Being proactive, forward-thinking, dynamic, and capable of performing under pressure are important competencies • A positive attitude and commitment to putting in the work to ensure client satisfaction is essential Compensation: $65,000 - $200,000
