Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients using various communication channels • Create customized property searches based on buyers' specific needs and preferences to help them find their perfect home • Accompany potential buyers during property viewings, offering valuable advice and guidance throughout the process • Skillfully negotiate contracts and prepare necessary real estate paperwork • Offer professional advice to clients on the best course of action during the purchasing process • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction • Participate in advanced coaching sessions to exceed standard agent training, assisting clients with real estate needs and personal objectives efficiently Qualifications: • A valid Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate License is a mandatory requirement for this position • Maintaining a healthy work-life balance necessitates flexibility in your schedule • Individuals with a positive and goal-oriented mindset are highly sought after • Preferred proficiency in client database programs, or a strong willingness to learn, is essential • Unlocking your full potential compared to other agents requires an openness to coaching Compensation: $85,000+ yearly
