Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication channels • Create personalized home searches tailored to the specific needs and preferences of buyers and assist them in finding their desired property • Accompany potential buyers to home viewings and provide valuable information and guidance throughout the entire process • Skillfully negotiate and prepare contracts and other necessary real estate documents • Offer professional advice to clients on the most appropriate steps to take during the purchasing process • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction • Benefit from coaching sessions that go beyond the average agent's training, helping you meet your client's real estate needs and your goals more effectively Qualifications: • A Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate License is required for this position • Flexibility in your schedule is important to maintain a healthy work-life balance • We are looking for individuals with a positive and goal-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in client database programs is preferred, or the willingness to learn is essential • Openness to coaching is necessary to unlock your full potential compared to other agents Compensation: $85,000+ yearly
