Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a database of clients to ensure efficient organization and timely follow-up • Engage with clients to schedule appointments for field agents promptly, ensuring quick responses to their needs • Utilize outbound calls, email communication, and oversee the sales pipeline to meet customers' buying/selling requirements • Master the use of scripts to handle objections effectively and convey the team's value proposition to customers, emphasizing the company's values and integrity • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to achieve and track all sales goals Qualifications: • Skilled in effective phone communication and proficient in closing sales • Establishes strong connections with clients and excels in cultivating relationships to generate new sales prospects • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, maintains order, and excels in time management • Proficient in utilizing CRM and marketing/lead technologies or quick to adapt to new systems • Displays a positive, enthusiastic, and solution-driven approach to tasks Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
