Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for your clients. • Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities. • Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your business within the specific geographies we serve. • Deliver top-tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business. • Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales. Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your drive and determination. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively. • Tech-savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Compensation: $65,000 - $105,000
