Responsibilities: • Consult with buyers and sellers to determine needs • A sales-driven agent that can prospect leads, convert leads into sales, and likes promoting and booking their own business • Oversee the entire process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Have local knowledge of the communities and market conditions to answer client questions. • Work your SOI to generate listing opportunities Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills • Self-motivated and driven • Good organization and time management skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation: $85,000+ at plan commission
