Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. • Daily communication with clients to create & nurture relationships. • Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments. • Provide clients with guidance on negotiation strategies and property marketing. • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in CRM. • Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills. Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Great communication and social skills • Show good organizational and time management skills • Tech savvy • Past sales experience is preferred • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. • Familiarity with New York City real estate is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs simultaneously. • Experience in negotiating deals effectively to benefit clients. • A valid real estate license is required to practice as an agent. Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000
