This full-time opportunity is ideal for agents who want a steady stream of premium, exclusive leads to build their businesses along with professional coaching to convert them into closings, without needing a personal network or sphere of influence. Our proprietary lead generation provides a steady source of continued leads from inquiring buyers and sellers. No cold calling here. You will only work leads ready to buy or sell now to 6 months. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Work with company-provided inbound leads (buyers and sellers) • Schedule and conduct client consultations • Guide clients through the entire home-buying or selling process • Stay informed about local market trends and financing options • Write and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients • Implement our proven systems and follow-up strategies • Attend training and participate in coaching sessions to continually improve skills Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $65,000 - $168,000+
