Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and goals, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the buying or selling process. • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values, market trends, and neighborhood conditions. • Property Listings: Work alongside our listing coordinator to list properties and host open houses. • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professional integrity. • Transaction Management: Oversee the transaction process from offer acceptance to closing, coordinating with other professionals such as inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys. • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and resources, contributing to a supportive and productive work environment. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with a track record of successful transactions. • Licensing: Valid real estate license in Texas. • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, property values, and industry regulations. • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Technology: Proficiency with real estate software, CRM systems, and general office applications. • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan yearly
