Responsibilities: • Leverage our marketing tools and resources to grow your pipeline • Work with motivated buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Build relationships and deliver exceptional service to every client Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • Show good organizational and time management skills • 2+ years of Real Estate Experience are Required • 20+ Closed Transactions • 30+ hours/week availability to work in our Office in Wasilla Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
