Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • Show good organizational and time management skills • 2+ years of Real Estate Experience are Required • 20+ Closed Transactions • 30+ hours/week availability to work in our Office in Wasilla Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
