Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Make outbound calls to both buyer and seller leads, including cold calling and follow-ups • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings • Attract prospective clients to promote new business • Conduct door-knocking in target areas to prospect for new listings and build local awareness • Convert leads into appointments and sales by building trust and demonstrating value • Maintain and nurture a database of leads, making regular follow-up calls to build a strong sales pipeline Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Show good organizational and time management skills • Must have an active Florida Real Estate license to be considered for this position • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently • Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals • Attention to detail • Comfortable with door knocking , hosting open houses, and engaging in proactive prospecting activities • Ability to manage and build a sales pipeline, focusing on follow-ups and converting leads Compensation: $72,000 at plan commission
