Requirements: • Obtain a State Real Estate Residential License within 30 days • Complete DISC assessment • Provide Professional References Compensation: • Fully commissioned role with anticipated earnings of $129,500 Responsibilities: • Embrace continuous career training opportunities and be open to receiving coaching for professional development. • Attend team functions, events, and meetings consistently to stay engaged and well-informed. • Cultivate and maintain relationships within the real estate industry while delivering exceptional service. • Engage effectively with leads to nurture and successfully convert them into clients. • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance value for both buyers and sellers. • Successfully secure listing agreements and effectively sell properties to meet sales targets. • Pre-screen potential buyers to streamline and expedite the sales process efficiently. • Guide buyers through the purchasing process and assist them in successfully getting under contract. • Regularly conduct open houses on behalf of the team leader to effectively showcase properties.
