Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to understand their preferences, financial status, and needs • Aid customers in promoting their properties in accordance with industry standards • Lead clients through the buying process, including negotiating offers and finalizing deals • Stay informed about the current trends, values, and availability in the local real estate market • Apply expertise in sales, negotiation, and communication to facilitate successful real estate transactions Qualifications: • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication are essential for this role • Proficiency in negotiation and presentation is crucial • Knowledge of the local real estate market and willingness to learn about the purchasing process are required, along with a commitment to honesty and integrity • Familiarity with basic software and technology is necessary, and a readiness to adapt and learn new systems is expected • A valid FL Real Estate License is a must-have • Possession of a Driver's License is required • Prior Real Estate Experience is preferred Compensation: $55,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings
