Responsibilities: • Prospect for potential clients and establish relationships • Facilitate the entire sales process from start to finish • Market properties to potential buyers and sellers • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate market trends • Provide exceptional client service and build long-term relationships • Handle challenging negotiations and contracts in a professional manner Qualifications: • Hold a valid NC or SC Real Estate License • Possess an enthusiasm to learn • Listen carefully and demonstrate convincing communication • Possess a winning attitude and the drive to succeed • Follow a proven process for achieving sales goals Compensation: $103,500+ at plan commission
