Responsibilities: • Execute a lead generation lever • Conduct open houses monthly • Convert prospects and lead gen activities to appointments • Participate in script practice per team standards • Participate in team activities per team standards • Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions and training • Consult with sellers & buyers to convert to listings • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers • Attend and promote client events • Keep your task in CRM updated Qualifications: • Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset • Required to hold a valid real estate license in North Carolina • Should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential • Must be eager to learn and grow continuously • Strong organizational skills are a must • Willingness to master scripts and dialogues is required • Exceptional time management abilities are necessary • Open to learning and adopting new and improved methods and systems • Must possess great listening skills • Ability to build quick connections with people is important • Punctuality is a non-negotiable trait • Attention to detail is crucial • Basic knowledge of the local area is preferred Compensation: $125,000 - $250,000 at plan yearly
