Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Represent clients in buying and selling residential real estate • Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends • Provide exceptional service to clients and maintain long-term relationships • Work towards completing a minimum of 5 deals in your first year Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Ready for a challenge and driven to succeed in real estate • Excellent communication and people skills • A dedicated work ethic that thrives on hard work and accountability • Licensed real estate agent or currently undergoing licensing Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 at plan commission
