Responsibilities: • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • California Real Estate Sales or Brokers License • Pursuing real estate as their primary profession Compensation: $178,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings
