Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Service clients all over San Diego and/or Riverside Counties • Provide world-class customer service to all clients • Consistently prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline • Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand clients’ needs and wants with their next sale and/or purchase • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about the market, properties, and communities • Connect clients with resources that will help them achieve their real estate goals • Contribute to the Team’s culture by showing up, sharing knowledge, asking questions, and supporting team members in achieving their goals • And, most importantly, Work hard. Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Organized and manages time effectively • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to communicate effectively • Time management and organizational skills • Self-motivated with a tenacious drive • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge • Ability to adapt (very crucial in the real estate industry) Compensation: $60,000 - $180,000 yearly
