Responsibilities: • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Compensation: $75,000+ commission only
