Responsibilities: Customer Relations: • Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional service. • Conduct consultations, property viewings, and showcase properties. • Guide customers through the buying and selling process, offering expert advice. • Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and relevant documents. • Negotiate deals for successful outcomes and collaborate with brokers, lenders, and attorneys. • Provide accurate information on property listings and market conditions. • Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. • Conduct market analysis to evaluate properties for customers. • Foster repeat business and referrals by nurturing customer relationships. Administrative: • Organize documents and databases for efficient operations and follow-up. • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills • Ensure compliance with legal requirements. Marketing and Advertising: • Collaborate with the Marketing department to produce materials promoting our team and listings. • Represent our team at open houses and community events to enhance local brand visibility. Qualifications: Skills: • Proficiency in Social Media, Google Workplace, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with real estate CRM software systems and other technology tools such as Zip Forms and Skyslope. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships. • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and practices. Experience: • Active real estate license. • Previous industry experience preferred, with a proven track record of sales success. • Sales experience preferred, with at least one year in sales roles.
