Compensation: This job is 100% commission with no base you will earn $124,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Monumental Agent Responsibilities: • We have a few team obligations that our agents attend, they include: team sales meetings, sales role-plays, coaching sessions, 1 on 1 meetings, special events • Our agents create quarterly and annual business plans so they know what activities they should be doing to generate more business • Prospect for new business according to business plan • Follow-up with prospects constantly and consistently • Consult and present to buyers considering a home purchase • Consult and present to sellers considering selling their home • Working with clients once they've signed an agreement until they close their deal • Negotiate contracts and price reductions • Celebrate with clients when they win! • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, teammates, and fellow real estate professionals. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Technology driven • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Great communication and social skills • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: $124,000 at plan earnings
