Responsibilities: Your Day-to-Day Might Include: • Following up post-closing to strengthen client relationships and earn referrals Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly

    • Your Day-to-Day Might Include: • Conducting buyer and seller consultations, pricing evaluations, and home prep strategy • Hosting open houses and private tours with attention to polish, detail, and service • Generating and managing leads through your network, our team systems, and community engagement • Writing and negotiating offers, and guiding clients through every step of the transaction • Proactively communicating with clients to build trust and deliver a seamless experience • Collaborating with the team to ensure every listing is thoughtfully prepared and well presented • Following up post-closing to strengthen client relationships and earn referrals
