Responsibilities: Your Day-to-Day Might Include: • Conducting buyer and seller consultations, pricing evaluations, and home prep strategy • Hosting open houses and private tours with attention to polish, detail, and service • Generating and managing leads through your network, our team systems, and community engagement • Writing and negotiating offers, and guiding clients through every step of the transaction • Proactively communicating with clients to build trust and deliver a seamless experience • Collaborating with the team to ensure every listing is thoughtfully prepared and well presented • Following up post-closing to strengthen client relationships and earn referrals Qualifications: • A licensed Massachusetts real estate agent for 2+ years • A skilled communicator who thrives in fast-moving, client-facing roles • Community-minded with a heart for service and a hunger for growth • Energized by structure, systems, and a supportive team • Excited to contribute to a culture that values people over ego Compensation: $85,500 - $150,000 at Planned Commission
