    We’re seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent (or pursuing) to join our team. The ideal candidate is an outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Qualifications: • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Strong Negotiation Skills and ability to close high-value deals. • Proficiency in CRM (customer relationship management) software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment. • High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional client service. • Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property showings & client meetings. Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ (commission based)
