Responsibilities: • Respond quickly and professionally to all leads that are provided to you by the Ryan and Brian Team. • Assist prospects in discovering their wants, needs, and desires for their home purchase. Locate properties that meet those needs and help them buy the home of their dreams • Understand and implement the proven systems that are available to you through our company • Main duties: following up on leads via phone, text, and email to manage your sales pipeline well and then help consumers buy and sell homes • Network and market to prospect for new business and clients • Educate your clients on all important aspects of their home-buying experience • Negotiate on the client's behalf, setting a time and date for a home inspection, loan approval, and closing date • Prepare “comparable market analyses” to establish market value on listings as well as when preparing offers • Conduct open houses at company listings to generate additional buyer opportunities • Attend company events that are held for clients of the Ryan and Brian Team (and have a great time doing so) • Work with your sphere of influence and people you meet in life to introduce them to the company and what you can do to help them buy a home Qualifications: • You should have a strong passion for real estate and sales even if you don't have prior experience • You should be a team player and possess great people skills • Good organizational skills are necessary for this role • General computer knowledge is required • Need a strong work ethic and perseverance to succeed in this position • A growth- and learning-oriented mindset is essential • High moral standards and a high level of integrity are an absolute must for this position • Possessing, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license is a requirement (assistance can be provided) • The candidate must be a high-school graduate and at least 21 years of age • Being a great listener is a valuable skill for this role • Be coachable and willing to learn new strategies and approaches to being successful Compensation: $65,000+ at plan
